Vibhanshu Srivastava, one of the founding partners of the firm, has diverse experience in handling a vast array of Litigation and Arbitration matters arising out of corporate/commercial transactions, tender-preconditions and terms, winding up of a company, oppression and mismanagement, intellectual property disputes and real-estate dealings. After having finished his graduation in law, Vibhanshu forayed into litigation by joining the Chambers of Prashant Chandra, a celebrated Senior Advocate based at Lucknow who draws crème corporate clientele of the region.

Vibhanshu heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice of the firm. He has been frequently appearing in the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the Hon’ble Allahabad High Court and its Lucknow Bench, besides the DRT and CESTAT. Vibhanshu has represented known corporate houses such as Ashok Leyland, Idea Cellular, Meraki Inc., Indoways E-Commerce & Sales Pvt. Ltd., NGK Infrastructure, besides several individuals, including public servants, etc.

Nirmit is a fourth-generation lawyer. He is recognized by his peers and industry for his sharp skills in navigating the complex world of Land and Revenue laws. His expertise covers traditional property transactions and the present-day corporate advisory in the commercial real estate. His expertise is reflected in drafting water tight- Commercial Leases, Joint Real Estate Development Agreements and advising and handling step by step processes involved in conveyance of large Real Estate Projects.

He appears regularly in the District Court, Revenue Courts as well as High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. Hailing from a family of Advocates, he is imbibed with the traditions of the profession, integrity and sound ethical practices.

He holds a bachelors’ degree in Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He is registered to practice with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh.

Suyash Manjul is an experienced Litigator and has handled big ticket litigations and counseled clients in matters pertaining to corporate insolvency, breach of contract, infringement of IPR, real-estate disputes etc. Suyash has also handled several high stake arbitration matters as well as advised clients at the pre-arbitration stage.

With eight years of Litigation & Arbitration experience at District Courts, High Courts, Suyash looks after the Arbitration practice at Risis Legal. Suyash also specializes in watching movies and is an armchair Philosopher.

He is an alumnus of the National Law University, Lucknow and is presently enrolled with the Uttar Pradesh Bar Council.
