Rajesh Kumar Srivastava is the senior-most member at Risis Legal. He is a result driven civil lawyer with over 30 years of experience in ensuring efficacious disposal of civil & revenue cases. He is adept at drafting suits of civil nature as well as advising the client in complex civil matter and is also well versed in trial preparation and drafting of complex legal documents. He tackles cases with tenacity, an analytical mind and with his experience. Besides, he is a strong leader at the Bar and is an outstanding public speaker.

Pulkit Prakash
Pulkit heads the Delhi office of the Firm. He is a competent and result oriented legal professional having considerable experience and expertise in Legal Practicing and Legal Advisory. He has strong exposure in Corporate and Commercial, EIA, Forest, International Cyber, I.P.R., Labour & Industrial, Medical and Anti Money Laundering Laws etc. He possess excellent communication skills and is team oriented with proven leadership capabilities with capability to integrate out of the box thinking. Pulkit is the key person of the Firm based at the National capital- New Delhi and looks after Firm’s all DELHI-NCR matters.
He is an alumnus of Chanakya National Law University and is registered with the Delhi Bar Council.

Kriti Sharma
Kriti Sharma is a legal, strategy & investment consultant at Risis Legal. She is MSc. in Law & Finance from University of Oxford, UK (Batch of 2015). She pursued her dual degree in Private Equity Finance and Competition Law at Said Business School (Oxford). Given her experience in M&A, she has advised corporates on business acceleration along with legal advisory. Using her international dual degree in law and finance, she is currently advising our start-up clients on legal and funding matters. Kriti’s experience comprise of advising on diverse sectors like Healthcare, Finance, Real Estate/hospitality, IT and Media / Technology.
Srajak Srivastava
Srajak Srivastava is an associate at Risis Legal and has graduated from UPES, Dehradun. He is a part of the Real Estate team at the Firm. He also has interest in consumer and recovery matters. He is hardworking and a meticulous researcher. His willingness to deal with rigid questions makes him spend a fair share of time on research work and leaves no stone unturned to obtain the desired output and appears regularly before the Lucknow High Court, RERA, RERA Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal and Consumer Courts.
Apart from being an enthusiastic team member, he is also a fine cook who loves to listen to music of diverse genres and read war memoirs.

Shishir Yadav is an accountancy professional turned law professional with an interest in Taxation Laws, Corporate and Commercial Laws; and has an in-depth knowledge of Dispute Resolution. He has vast experience of working with law houses and assisting litigators in several significant and landmark matters. He is also an avid reader and phenomenal legal researcher, who has publications on various national and international platforms. He is inclined to evolve into a hardworking and sincere professional, contributing to the success of the organization and at the same time enhancing his knowledge and skills.
Shishir is a Commerce Graduate from the University of Lucknow and currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Law programme of the same prestigious institution.
